I am a photographer based in the north of England. Photography started as my pastime, recording important events as my children grew. My passion for photography grew and when I retired I took my photography more seriously. I created a documentary series of black and white photographs of Ramsbottom, Lancashire. I became inspired by Impressionism and my last project was centred around abstract photography. My University experience has given me the confidence and tools to practice my work over different genres.
