I still take landscape photographs but in recent years I became intrigued with the Impressionist movement. The outdoor settings, large brushstrokes, beautiful colours and textures, all combined with an element of abstraction that has become my focus and it is these feelings and emotions when looking at Impressionist paintings I try to include in my work.
